Detached home on quiet country lane in Stephens City, VA. Has 2 larger bedrooms with attached bathrooms along with 2 smaller bedrooms. Electricity and WiFi included in monthly rent. Home is on 5 acres and is pleasantly secluded.

I have been living in the property from April 1, 2024 onwards for at least 12 months and may have some visitation with my children. Am a shift worker (Electrician) and am gone every weekday (most Federal holidays too) from 5am to 5pm. Am very neat and tidy and don’t make much noise. Roommates who are on disability and/or have no regular employment/income please do NOT apply.
