Studio Room. Washer/dryer included. Semi furnished with bed, desk, and tv. Full size stove/oven, fridge, and microwave.

Bathroom is tub only. Shower needs to be installed.

Room needs construction work. The windows leaked so drywall and finished carpentry work is needed. Landlord is willing to waive first months rent in exchange for labor.

Electric, internet, well water. Included.

Room is separate of main home. Main house has a pitbull. Tenant must be willing to share fenced yard with dog.
