Meridian Place Northwest

We’re looking for a third clean and fun roommate to take over the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bath rowhouse. This room has 2 large closets, 20+ft high cathedral ceiling, a loft, electronic skylights, lots of windows and is street facing. Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate. House is completely renovated with hardwood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, amazing kitchen. Adjacent to Le Caprice Bakery and Thip Khao Restaurant. 3 blocks to the Columbia Heights Metro and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and more.

Two males, one who is a scientist in his early 30s – that studies the oceans for the federal government (M) and the other roommate who is mid 20’s and is a grad student. One of us gets up early and spends time running, biking, and climbing around DC, but when home enjoys cooking and baking for others and tries (not well at times) to limit how many New Yorker and Atlantic issues are strewed around the house. The other is a night owl who is passionate about social causes and college football.
