Furnished master room available with private bath in house in the heart of Delray Beach. The master bedroom is 17 x 13 sq ft., with private bath, ceiling fan, closet and a queen-size bed, 1 nightstand, a full-size dresser. Small pets considered.

First, last, and security. Private bath, shared washer and dryer, and large kitchen with 3 refrigerators. Utilities include Fiber internet, electric, sewer, garbage, and water, pest control and landscaping. The yard has plenty of shade, sun sails, palm trees, sun bathing lounge chairs, a propane barbecue grill, and two outside showers. Yard is fully enclosed with a privacy double gated fence. Bring your scuba gear, jetski or bikes. There is also a water hose at the front of the house to wash, wax or vaccum out your vehicle. The property has ample security lighting and ring cameras. We are in a great neighborhood.
