Your room will be roughly 11’x15’ and the bathroom will be right outside your room. I’m flexible about your arrival date but I prefer a commitment of at least 6 months. The pictures are samples from the complex. The room will be unfurnished but it is negotiable depending on what you need. The apartment has a small balcony so if you like to cook then you will enjoy all the herbs that will grow there. The complex has a pool, gym, grill, car wash, storage space, sauna, spa, volleyball & tennis courts, pet area and laundry facilities. The beach and malls are within walking distance and if you need a covered garage it is available for an additional cost.
