The lease is between 6 months. Laundry is on site and parking is available. We prefer clean and quiet people non-smokers and do not allow pets. We prefer Students or professionals. It is furnished room. There is a shared bathroom with an another male tenant. It is close by the I-805 freeway and shopping center for groceries. You will be sharing a bathroom with another male tenant and he is a student at a dentist school. The owner lives there as well. We are very quiet and clean family. Sometimes we share our Korean culture and share Korean food.
