Caroline's room

Hi! Great house just outside of Waxhaw with three bedrooms available. Bath is shared unless someone wants to do an additional $100 for the master with private bath. The house is five mins from Waxhaw right off of 75 down a secluded road with lots of land, a great big front porch, large backyard and a 12x20 storage building you may access and utilize upon discussion. I do have two dogs, a beagle and a beagle mix and my children do spend some time here occasionally, but I usually go to them and they’re older (11&17), quiet and respectful and keep to themselves. You may rent more than one room (three available if desired, two rooms would be $1200, three $1500 with adjusted security deposit). Please just let me know any questions!
