About the room
Option for smaller room. Price is $100 less.
Central location walking distance to shopping, many restaurants, publix, Walmart, parks, and much more. Almost right on US1. It is 2.1 miles from beach. Well maintained community. Very strict condo association. You will have to apply and wait. Also I prefer someone who works overnight as I work in the day.
About the roomies
I practice yoga daily at 7pm and prefer the apartment to myself. It would be good if you worked night shift so we have our privacy. Other than that I am pretty easy going and relaxed.
