Home in new community - Private upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom and refrigerator. Access to use of W/D and light cooking (all housewares included with rental). Use of community amenities (gym, pool/jacuzzi).

I’m a single full time working professional who loves to cook and stays active with family and friends. I’m easy going, respectful, clean, happy and joyful individual. My home is peaceful and a very comfortable safe space. I intend for my housemate to be compatible with this same aura. NO drugs, smoking, vaping, parties or pets.
