It’s a prime location in Hillcrest, very close to University and Fifth while being on a very quiet and calm block, easy walking access to North Park and Balboa park, comes with a parking spot and has decent street parking access as well. I love living here!

I’m an active, social yet private guy who loves music, art, and the outdoors. I have a very chill living space, love open communication and chill people. I work early mornings and am usually in and out of the house a lot.
