Beck's room

Hello! My roommate is moving out at the end of March, and I’m looking for a young professional (ladies preferred) to take over the lease until October. The lease is only 6 months, however there will be opportunity to renew!

The property is a 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse located near College and Trilby, with several walking trails in the neighborhood and only an 8 minute drive to Horsetooth Reservoir. Common spaces include the kitchen and living room area, along with a spare bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and loft space. There is laundry in unit and an attached garage.

I have a golden retriever in the house who’s very sweet and loves to cuddle, but unfortunately he acts up when there’s other animals around, so we won’t be able to accommodate another dog in the house.
