I’m trying to get out of my renewal lease that starts this July, it’s a great place to live but due to family circumstances I got to move out. The locations great since Austin Peay and the downtown area is in walking distance. You will have roommates though it’s chosen at random, and you can always ask for a certain preference. You’ll have to pass the credit check, but the apartment has options if you don’t pass it.

You have random choice of roommates unless you ask for a specific person or gender.
