(House is South of highway 82) One furnished room for rent to a single renter.
All utilities paid including use of washer, dryer, high speed fiber internet (500 mbs)
Shared common spaces: full bathroom, ½ bathroom, living room, kitchen (gas stove), yard, and two refrigerators.
Room includes Full bed with a very new Spa Sensations mattress, night stand, dresser, monitor (used with provided Apple TV or your own device such as Roku), and cushioned sitting chair (not shown in photos).
About the roomies
The owners live in the house. They are a late 40’s professional and entrepreneur. They are quiet and peaceful. They work in and out of the home, but are typically not home during the day. Owners are willing to share meals and entertainment. The owners could be good mentors for college students.
