Most decorations in living room are sports themed so hope you like the Gators! Location right next to Santa Fe College in a quiet area with close access to Publix and many quality restaurants. Looking for someone to move in no later than August, but could probably make any time work between now and then with enough notice. Will be very flexible on move in date, I don’t want to leave my current apartment because I am very fond of it so I will be willing to meet your needs. Rent includes utilities, I will pay for internet and TV and streaming services. Free and easy parking. Washer and dryer in unit. Valet trash service, never have to take trash to dumpster. Accessible and friendly leasing office staff. Own bathroom which includes walk-in closet and large tub/shower combination. Complex has a large pool, grills, clubhouse with a pool table, and a 24-hour fitness center.

I am 28 years old from Jacksonville, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida in 2019, currently work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm as a paralegal at a local law firm. Big sports fan (Florida Gators, Jacksonville Jaguars, and others). Clean living room and kitchen, quiet (no musical instruments or pets or loud video games). Adaptable and easy-going, have gotten along with every roommate I have had through four and a half years of college at UF. Do not use kitchen much, only sparingly, so it will likely be available for you to use whenever you want. Friendly guy who loves going to sports games and talking about generally any subject, but also will keep to self if that is how you prefer.
