Very centrally located with close proximity to I-26 and I-526. 10 mins walk to bustop. 4 miles from CHS airport and Tanger Outlet area. 10 to 15 mins from Daniel Island, MtPleasant and WestAshley. 15 mins away from downtown.

Must be able to pass background check and make at least $3600 a month. Rent is $1250 and deposit is $625.

Three other people live in the house. Rooms are well spaced out across three floors so no noise issues.
