Jack's room

The room faces a park in the center of the apartment community with a small creek and gets great sunlight in the afternoon/evening. The room has a large sliding window and a small closet for storage. Currently being used as a home office, but would be cleaned out upon move-in. No smoking and no drinking preferred.

I am the only resident of the apartment, and am a full-time architect! I am relatively laid back and would be looking for someone similar. Ideally another full-time professional. I have a cat, she is an angel and very well-behaved. Must be okay with a kitty at home!
