You’ll have a completely private bathroom, as well as a large closet. We also have a shared balcony, but I rarely use it, you can take advantage of with extra storage. Total square footage of the room is 178 square feet. Cost is $1300/month for rent. Gas is covered by the landlord, water and trash are paid with rent which average $40 a month per person, and electricity is approx. $60 a month per person paid separately to the electric company. Looking for other young professionals who want some below-market rent! This is an undervalued property and the market rate for this room is about $1800. You will be required to sign a roommate agreement upon signing into the lease. The lease has been signed through August 18, 2024. Move in can be anytime between March 1 and April 1, my departing roommate will pay for the month of March in which case we can prorate the rent depending on move-in date.
