We are currently looking for a 2nd housemate to share a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhouse blocks from The Drive. Included is a shared 500 sq ft rooftop terrace. Partially furnished room approximately 250 sq ft. with a large walk-in closet, private bath and private balcony. There is a queen size bed, dresser and desk. Requesting $1350 per month, first and last month along with a $1350 security deposit ($4050 total). Included is electricity, water, wi-fi and cable through Xfinity stream app, kitchen, washer/dryer and off street parking. We are looking for a quiet, stable and responsible adult for a period of at least 12 months then month to month thereafter. Available as soon as April 1st, perhaps earlier.
