Hi, we are two chill professionals in our 30’s non smokers clean and work during normal business hours. He works in production and I work at a homeless shelter, both stable jobs. The room is unfurnished, bathroom is shared with him. He is clean in the bathroom. Rent includes WiFi, YouTube TV, electric, gas, trash pick up, pest control, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning products. All those things add up so it’s a good deal! Washer and dryer in the unit. We are near the 5, 2, 134, and 110 freeways. Looking for someone who keeps normal hours, mellow, cleans up after themselves, and pays rent on time. You don’t have to be sober but please no partying or smoking in the apartment. There is a small loving dog 🐶🐶Deposit is same as rent, ideally we would like a 6 month lease. I am showing the place now so message me to set up a time.

I work as a Program Manager for The Midnight Mission DtLA, we are close to Griffith Park so I go hiking regularly. My roommate is a rocker guy who works in film production, he has his own music studio. Both of us are pretty quiet but not total hermits.
