Welcome to your new home! Nestled in a townhome community just 2 miles from both Stone Mountain Village and Stone Mountain Park, convenience and nature blend seamlessly here. Public transportation is conveniently right outside the neighborhood entrance. The available bedroom is unfurnished, with a closet, located on the second floor, and comes with shared access to a bathroom. As roommates, we’ll share the common areas on the first floor, including the kitchen, dining room, laundry area, half bathroom, and living room. Rent, including utilities, is $800 per month. The lease agreement is for 12 months, with a refundable $800 deposit per room. The room is ready for occupancy, and I look forward to welcoming a responsible and friendly roommate into this gleaming space.

A bit about me…I am mostly quiet and like a calm space. I am also introverted. I enjoy hanging out with loved ones, the outdoors, cooking (my roommate enjoys my cooking), reading, writing, etc., when I have time. I am currently a full-time student/ work full-time/ and do an internship part-time. I’m a busybody. I currently share my home with another roommate who owns a friendly and affectionate dog. Pets are welcome, provided that you responsibly care for your fur baby. Before welcoming you into our home, my roommate and I would like to meet you in person, if possible, to ensure we are a good match. Alternatively, we can arrange a video chat if an in-person meeting isn’t possible.
