Hey there. I have a bedroom for rent. You’ll have to get your own wifi, it’s 40$ with TMobile. And pay half of wifi, around 50$ a month. Room is painted turquoise. You can change the color as long as you paint it yourself :) Shared bathroom, shared cleaning. Big kitchen, shared cleaning as well. Ask questions if you’d like. I can also be flexible on the price of rent for the right person

Me and my son live here. He is 12, here half the week. I am home a lot. I do prefer to keep to myself as a roomate but I am here if you need anything. I do hope to find someone who cleans their share of things and must pay bills on time. No parking available on site, but street parking is available
