About the room
Private first floor bedroom and private full bathroom next door. Room is 10’x13’ with lots of natural light. Pricing is furnished (queen bed, sit-stand desk) and includes all utilities and Internet.
House is older and has some creaky floors, in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. 3 minute walk from Hills and Dales Metropark. Laundry, additional storage, and some exercise equipment available in the basement.
About the roomies
One human resident, as well as 3 dogs and 2 cats. I am 38, work from home in healthcare IT, also work a few hours a week as a physical therapist. I cook at home (primarily on weekends), and prefer a fairly clean and quiet home. I enjoy gardening, jigsaw puzzles, and take the dogs on at least 2-3 walks/hikes a day.
