THE RENT The monthly rent is $ 1,475 which includes all utilities - power, water gas, trash pick-up, internet/Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), and cleaning services of shared spaces every two weeks. Includes Paper Products - Paper towels, Bathroom Toilet Paper and Table Napkins Month-to-Month but requires a 30-day notice before moving out. First and last month’s rent and a refundable key deposit of $400 are required for move-in.
