Private room. Free Internet, Wi-fi, and utilities all included. Full kitchen privileges, refrigerator space, food storage area, towel cabinet and washer/dryer. Share bath. Your room will have a locked door and only you will have the keys. Plenty of street parking in front of the house.

Garage storage for a bicycle and surfboard only please. No pets or pet sitting/visiting (sorry). Oh, do not bring a mini-refrigerator or window air conditioner please. There are no pets or kids at the house.

Looking for someone who is responsible, clean, polite and pays rent on time. Great for someone with 8a-5p work hours. Male preferred. No couples, one person only. No overnight guests. No smoking/vaping inside the house and no dope. No electric car.

About the house: The house is clean, very close to a park and is centrally located near major bus routes (Beach, Ball, Magnolia, Katella). There are local grocery stores, convenience stores, fast food places, etc. Located in the Garden Grove, Cypress, Buena park, west Anaheim area.
