Spacious and clean private bedroom and bathroom, with big closet is available for rent in Atlantic Station. Utilities (Electricity, Water,Internet, Security, Trash), in-unit laundry and parking. Gym, swimming pool, dog park, outdoor grill and library available within the community and is included in the price of utilities. Utilities included in the rent price specified.

Bedroom is empty and you could furnish it as per your liking. Carpet is new. Kitchen and living room are common areas that are shared with two roommates.

Walking distance to loads of shopping, grocery, restaurants and theatre (0.3 Miles) along with easy access to all of the city. You will LOVE the vibe here!!!

One month rent as refundable security deposit and first month with utilities will be paid before occupying the room ($1200 (Refundable)+$1200(First month rent)=$2400). A small fee of $150 is charged towards cleaning when vacating the premises. $1050 is refundable.
