Northeast Sorrel Place

This is a gluten-free household.

The room is a sunny, south-facing second-floor bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and shared bath. We’re in the process of furnishing it with a queen bed with a new mattress, dresser, nightstand, desk, and desk chair. The room is 11’6’’ by 11’.

Our home is strictly gluten-free because Grace/Mint has celiac disease. All meats, cheeses, eggs, and veggies are fine, but you’ll have to read labels on all other grocery items to make sure that they are gluten-free.

No heavy drinking or drug use and no smoking or vaping.

All utilities are included. There is a laundry room on the main floor that is also a half bath and space in the garage for a bike. Street parking is usually available right in front of the house. Bus service is just over a block away.

Grace/Mint: (he, him) 24 years old; graduated from OSU; works remotely for ODHS; likes camping, skiing, playing cards, and D&D. Christi: (she/her) – mom to Grace; small business owner and healthcare professional going to nursing school; likes camping, biking, skiing, and gardening. Grace/Mint spends most weekends at his boyfriend’s. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to get along with, who is a professional or student, and who respects others’ needs and space.
