Expectations: Prefer female roommate Open to discussion about an additional dog pending our dogs work well together. It will require pet deposit and monthly fee. ($500 deposit and $50 a monthly fee added to expenses). No smoking and not interested in partying.

Expenses broken down:

Rent $2900 (You would pay 50%) Sewer $70 (You would pay 50%) Water around $70 (You would pay 50%) Electric (this is billed per unit and metered separately so it all depends on the user), heat is baseboard and digital programmable thermostats and this unit has run from $40 in the summer to $170 in the coldest months. (You would pay 50%)

Internet and TV is free and included and so is trash pickup. There is tons of uncovered parking and keypad security on the exterior doors.

You will have to fill out application, $35, and then be approved for residency and have a background check with Talon Flats.

Note: this is a 3rd floor Unit and I have confirmed that there is no elevator.

You would share the apartment with me (female in 30’s) and my 47lb Aussie Shepard/Bernes Mountain Dog. She is super sweet, well trained, and loves people. I am what you call an extroverted introvert, in that I love people but do like space to recharge from time to time.
