Single room available, king size bed, tv, private closet in room, very light and bright room, shared bathroom kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom, with 2 other roommates. Smoking and canabis allowed outside under a covered balcony or any place outside around the pool. The house has a large in ground pool for the summer and house has central heat and air conditioning.
When house is fully occupied there are a total of 7 roommates, sounds like a lot but house is 6 bedroom’s Plus the pool house. It is an all male house with currently a retired teacher, an lmt, an lmt and horse trainer, an bookkeeper, and I can’t tell you what Mel does because he is the only straight guy that lives here and he leaves for work at 6:30am and gets home late but does something with restaurants across different states and is gone a lot and we range in age of 41 to 73. We are not people who party or disrespectful toward other roommates and the house is pretty quiet after 10pm usually, ever now and then we’ll be watching a movie that everyone is into and there is some laughter or sad tones that come from us, but that’s a rare incident. The house is divided off into two different living areas with the upstairs having its own kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, and office and we have a utility room that we all use. So if you leave your laundry in the dryer and forget about it then the odds are once it’s dried you will find it on the folding island, lol. The upstairs folks are very tight knit and often cook together and socialize often, the downstairs folks alway tend to be not as social so we are looking for a social roommate and outgoing professional.
