Looking for some one to take over my lease for a room in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house.

• It’s a private room with bathroom shared with one housemate.
• The house is located in Garden city, off state Street, about 4 miles from downtown.
• The lease is valid till July 11th and can be renewed if you wish to do so.
• The house has in unit laundry.
• Utilities are split between 3 people
• Unfortunately, the property doesn’t allow pets.

Both roommates are in their mid 20’s, quiet and keep to themselves. One has a full time job and other attends school and works as well. Both are accountable and pay their share of bills on time.
