Located on a quiet little street off of Winchester near New Circle next to a little patch of woods

We’re renting too much house at the moment: 4 bed / 2 bath with only two of the rooms now occupied. The main room on offer is an upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closets. Bathroom has a walk-in shower (we can share the downstairs tub when needed).

Depending on your needs, we can include a second bedroom (asking price remains the same), make it available for an additional roommate (and lower your share of the rent if/when we find one), or use it as a shared storage unit.

The agency we’re renting from will require background checks. Smoking is forbidden by the lease. A pet requires a $200 deposit and $25/month additional rent.

We’re two twentysomething trans women happy to give you the space and privacy you need but eager to make friends if you’d like! We enjoy cooking for the whole household from time to time!
