Extra large and super private room is an addition onto the side of a regular 3 bedroom apartment, it overlooks the side yard and has windows on 3 sides. Super sunny. Super quiet. Past folk have loved putting their desk in front of one of the windows and watching the birds outside in the yard all day. The apartment is on the East Side of Providence within walking distance to Whole Foods, Staples, and lots of east side restaurants.

3 other roomies are all quiet peacable folk, pretty introverted in general. One neurodivergent, one queer, one student, mix of races, in 20s but very happy to have a quiet calm place to come home to every day. They share chores well and have been known to have movie nights. Kitchen is stocked with most all the roomies need for cooking, bathroom recently renovated. Landlord in building and pretty responsive. No smoking on property (no issue with edibles). Aquarium pets are fine.
