i’m looking for a female to sublease my room at clemson edge for the spring semester. you would be living with three other girls, all senior clemson students, and two cats in the apartment. the unit is fully furnished, and you would have your own private bathroom. amenities are included (with the exception of electric, which is around $35 a month) + washer/dryer and new stainless steel appliances! the edge has a pool, gym, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. it’s also on the catbus red route, and only about ten minutes from campus. please message me if you’re interested or have any further questions!

the other three current residents are all senior clemson students. there are also two cats. they keep the apartment clean, and are usually gone during the day because of classes and work. they also frequently go out on weekends, as they are all 21+.
