Walking paths and convenient parking. You will have access to all of the common areas including a washer and dryer. I have recently moved in and I have an extra bedroom to rent to the right person.

I am a 53 year old divorced female and I reside with my adult daughter. I work very early in the morning and will probably begin working night shift very soon. My daughter attend beauty school and Is only home about 40% of the time. We have two cats that are spayed and neutered.
