Howdy! I’m moving out of state and need someone to take over my lease for this studio apartment in capital hill! I plan on being out by may 1st so the lease time period would be from may 1st to July 13th with the option of renewing if you like the space! The apt building has a washer and dryer in the basement and is pet friendly with pet deposit fee. You would have to submit an application via my apartments website but it’s a very easy process. The apartment comes with a pretty big closet for storage and is in a great location in the middle of cap hill! The rent is 995$ plus 65 for utilities which comes out to about 1060$ a month!

No roommates! As this is a studio apartment that you will have completely to yourself!
