Kyle's room

This is a room I am renting in my home. This is a room located on the first floor. The home is a 4 bed one bathroom (I am working on building a second bathroom upstairs). The home is located across the street from a lake which I own a private beach on. You will have access to the beach. The home also has a gym and washer and dryer available.

All utilities and very fast 1G Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

No cats or dogs.

I am 24 years old. I own 2 properties in Salem. I am currently renting 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in my home. I am a veteran. I served in Afghanistan. My girlfriend Anna and I live upstairs with our two cats.

The room across from ours is being rented to a nice young man named Justin. He is quiet and is usually working or out bowling.

The downstairs room is rented by Dave. Dave is a nice guy and a veteran. Dave has a small Pomeranian.
