This room has its own bathroom,bed,smart tv,its a flat fee of $700 monthly and a $300 deposit and all utilities are included.Cats ok with extra $50 a month and I am willing to reduce rent by$25-$50 for new tenants who don’t cause any issues or drama and pay on time after you’ve been here longer then 3 months (Background checks will be done before anyone comes to look at the property in person other people live here and its a peaceful environment and were going to keep it that way,im not gonna bring just anybody in ) we want a safe and peaceful place for everyone,bathroom and kitchen are shared.we keep to ourselves mostly. (EVERYONE is responsible for helping keep the common rooms clean and picking up after themselves, you will not dirty our home or bring your drama here There is a washer and dryer available to use. So tenant 1 recently had a baby who’s surprising quiet unless her mom’s giving her a bath! And she also does hair as a side gig so you if you need your hair done let her know.Tenant 2 lives in the room on the bottom floor he’s been with me for almost a year now and just got back into nursing he’s very friendly and has never been the kind of person to cause any problems or drama but tends to keep to himself mostly if he dosent talk very much its cause he works long hours and the little time he is at the house hes usally is just sleeping or getting something to eat.tenant 3 well there is no 3rd tenant yet as I have yet to rent the $550 room out just yet
