Rooms are not furnished, but I have some spare furniture available if needed. Both rooms have their own separate closet. Nice, quiet suburban area, near hike and bike trails and the Decker Lake recreational area, with paddling, fishing, swimming, picnicking, and more. Community has its own private, keyed pool area that’s available to roommates (when in season). The house is spacious with large, shared areas, like living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, front porch and private back yard with fire pit and grill, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer etc. You only need to bring is your own stuff. 300 Mbit Spectrum internet with range extender, no cable.
