Reeves Loop

Unfurnished room in a 4/2.5/1 house with shared bathroom available in Redbird Ranch SATX. Close to Alamo Ranch and its environs. Subdivision currently has 2 amenity centers with pools, fitness center, and clubhouse. The third and largest amenity center in the works. You will have very easy access to Texas Highway 211 once Reeves Loop is joined to it, which is currently under active construction (FINALLLY!!!). Close to a few corporate offices (CitiBank, Wells Fargo), Microsoft Data Center, H-E-B, Costco, Dutch Bros, Chipotle, and Starbucks. Westover Hills Baptist Hospital and Amazon Data Center coming soon. Lots of other restaurants close by so you never have to cook even though you’ll always have access to the kitchen! A small personal refrigerator is currently available, but a larger sized one, pantry cabinet, and furniture (dresser, full-size headboard and rails, mattress, foundation/box spring) can be provided after a few months if needed.

Current occupants of the home include the owner and a minor child (tween). We are a Christian family and active in our faith. Many weekends are spent out of town visiting family in Houston & Austin, or simply exploring nearby cities. Not too much activity during weekdays. Very laid-back if we’re home on a weekend. Would love to host out-of-towners possibly looking to move to Texas. We’ve lived in New York City and the Baltimore/Harford County areas.
