Crystal's room

I have 1 room to rent in my home located in Kent. It’s a quiet area, close to the lake to go kayaking 🏄 or near ski mountain. We have local shops nearby, winery close, gyms are everywhere but I enjoy running outside on the trails, Costco I can take you with me.

(The room is furnished if it helps…I have a few items if needed. Bed, chair, lamp if needed.) We have netflix and regular wifi. I don’t hang out a lot unless you text me plans for pizza or coffee. This is partly because of school and work.

My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, huge open area, PS4, growing a tiny garden, kitchen and bathroom. 🌟🌟🌟We don’t smoke, vape. 🚫🚭🔕 About 1x time per quarter I try do do a fun happy hour, the trouble is it must be planned with everyone schedules.

Very quiet, and peaceful house. Great for student, gamer, college grad, interns, engineers, data analyst, medical professionas. 👓 Past roomies = 3yr teacher streak, a girl who works at a church, CNA, and a boeing intern….you should’ve next!💥
