The basement space in a spacious house for rent comes with its own full kitchen and bathroom, and shared laundry. There is a bedroom + extra room (not pictured) Rent is $1012 not including utilities. Utilities range between $100-200 depending on the season. Move in is first month’s rent and a deposit $850.
