Woodlake Village Court

I live in Woodlake about 20 minutes south of Richmond. I have lived in this apartment for 22 years. So it is home to me. The bedroom and full bathroom are private, the dining room, kitchen, living room and full laundry room are shared spaces. The apartment is on the second floor, with a balcony. Neighborhood is very safe, lots of shopping, dining, movies, all kinds of stuff. The apartment complex is right off of Hull Street Rd going toward Amelia. Would love to hear from you.

Jennifer Hi i’m Jennifer. I am 47. Im friendly, easy-going and outgoing. Im a non-smoker, non-drinker and non-partier. I love to have fun, watch tv, movies and play games. Im a homebody, but i am also very family oriented. At some point in time i may want to get a kitten. My bills are always paid on time. My current roommate of 7.5 years will be moving out at the end of June. So move in date is July 1st. So a letter of intent to sign the 12 month lease would have to be signed by May 1st.
