Hi there! I’m currently moving out of a single family home in Carlsbad. The house is in a gated community and is beautiful (2900 sq ft inside and about 5,000 lot size). You would have a private balcony that views the Omni Resort Golfcourse. I currently have a hammock out there, that I would be willing to leave for you if your interested :) You would be renting the master bedroom, that is very spacious (larger than a studio). The bedroom includes dual sided fireplace that overlooks the bathtub, dual sink + vanity space, a 100 sq foot closet (basically a second room), and big walk in shower. I’ve loved living in this room for the past 2 years, but recently purchased my own home which is why I’m leaving. There are four other girls ages 21-24 that live here! No one is ever home during the day, but everyone is super positive and caring :). I’m gonna miss them when I leave. the lease would be for April 1- July 1st with a chance of renewal. Utilities are about $100 per month. You have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, garage, 2 fridges, pantry space/cabinents, and living/dining room. Every part of the house besides your room is shared with other tenants! Everyone is clean and respectful, we currently don’t have furnishing in the dining room and opening room, so if you have furniture you don’t have to worry about renting a storage unit. You would be entering the lease agreement (ends July 1st) which means to qualify you must make around 3x the rent (income wise). If your interested in staying for longer than July, the property manager said the homeowners are interested in renewing.

There are 4 girls that live here, for privacy reasons I won’t be listing their names.

Girl 1: works at legoland and sea world and is super outgoing and friendly/accomodating.

Girl 2: works at a rehabilitation center and is hilarious and fun to be around.

Girl 3: works at an elementary school, also a student. She is the sweetest person and always is really good at doing nails.

Girl 4: is never home but has become one of my best friends while living here. She loves fashion and is super supportive.

We occasionally hang out as a group in the rare occasions when our schedules align. If you work from home you won’t see anyone from 8am-5:30 pm.
