We’ve also added extra safety measures with several cameras within our house. Utilities: Estimated at around $85 per month Amenities: The house offers convenient features such as a washer/dryer and on-street parking.

About Us: We are a friendly and welcoming household, but it’s important to note that we already have two older cats. Therefore, we kindly request that our new housemate does not bring any additional pets.

Roommates:

• One male (aged 25 - 45) who works nights and is a network administrator. He’s an avid gamer and has an electric bike. He’s known for his easygoing and relaxed personality.
• One female/non-binary (aged 25 - 30) who is disabled and uses an electric scooter. They enjoy gaming and programming and have an outgoing personality.
