I’m a certified electrician who works a lot, organized and pretty chill person. I am good on compromise with most things, all I ask is please keep the place clean. I do smoke weed occasionally but it’ll be outside if that’s a problem. I am the owner of the home and just want to make some income on the empty rooms.
