I’m looking for: One person who is employed full-time and does not work from home. Someone who enjoys a tidy home and will do their part to keep communal areas clean, help shovel, etc. If you smoke or vape (anything) that’s totally fine, please just do so outside Lease/Bills: $1,185/mo + utilities. I (Amy, 30’s f) am the owner and would be your roommate (the third bedroom will be unoccupied and will be available for use as a guestroom, hence the higher rent). I take care of most of the house maintenance (cleaning gutters, yard care, changing air filters, repairs around the house, managing bills, etc.). I work full time during the week and love to spend my time outdoors or inside crafting etc. The house is not a party home but is a fun space for game nights and BBQs.

I am also a traveler so I like to take extended weekends away 1-3 weeks abroad every year, so you would have the place to yourself from time to time.
