Room: Large master suite with a private bath and large closet, sitting area with a couch and desk/work space. Access to the full kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony (shared) Property Description: Single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner and girlfriend are there just part-time. One other roommate is in the house but does not access master room. Large living room, kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook are available as shared space. There is a nice outdoor patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Neighborhood Overview: Quiet neighborhood that is less than 2 miles from downtown Danville (lots of restaurants and shops) and less than 2 mile from the Iron Horse Trail that is great for bikes, running, walking, etc.

My girlfriend and I are tech executives that will only be around part-time. When around we enjoy cooking, lounging, and watching tv. We love to travel, snowboard, go to comedy shows, and hang out with friends.
