Beautiful park-like setting near nature trails, biking, and hiking with great access to Sandy Springs, East Cobb, and options for HWY Access to 285/85 downtown.

Unfurnished 2cd level Master Suite w/ Private bathroom and a den available. $1300 p/month including utilities (gas, water, sewer, trash pickup, electric), housekeeping once a month, and one parking space. (Photos are staged so you get the idea of how much furniture the spaces can hold.)

Must love and be comfortable with dogs–my husky presently lives in the home. A washer/dryer is available in the condo. You must subscribe to your own streaming apps.

Lease terms are 6, 9, or 12 months required by my landlord. I’m approved to have a roommate, and you’d have an official lease.
