About the room
Hey Future Roomie! We are a group of all ladies (3 total) in our upper 30s and are looking for a female or male to fill the last bedroom in our house in Alexandria.
Private bedroom and shared bathroom, and enjoys access to all of the amazing common spaces in the house, including a huge kitchen, living room, dining room, basement with washer/dryer, and large deck.
Easy off-street parking on our quiet block. Walkable to restaurants, as well as the Franconia Springfield Metro stop (~13 minute walk). The bus line (~7 minute walk) takes you right to Van Dorn Metro.
Rent is $850. Stay for 12 months. All utilities except water are included.
No pets. No couples.
