Lala's room

Hey Ladies! We are a group of all ladies (3 total) in our 20s and 30s and are looking for a female to fill the last bedroom in our house in Alexandria.

Private bedroom and shared bathroom, and enjoys access to all of the amazing common spaces in the house, including a huge kitchen, living room, dining room, basement with washer/dryer, and large deck.

Easy off-street parking on our quiet block. Walkable to restaurants, as well as the Franconia Springfield Metro stop (~13 minute walk). The bus line (~7 minute walk) takes you right to Van Dorn Metro.

Rent is $860. Stay for 12 months.
