Alexis's room

Master bedroom with a private bathroom (+ great lighting!) in a safe, gated community. Amenities include a balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, resident tandem parking spot in the garage (as well as guest spots for visitors), a dog park, along with access to gyms, pools/jacuzzis, and a grill area. The living room is directly in the middle of the apartment and has high vaulted ceilings with a bunch of natural light that comes in so that helps with the electric bill. Each room has equal distance apart from one another and allows privacy. Kitchen is shared (I’m not stingy with the seasonings). Looking for a new roommate to move in to stay for a minimum of 12 months.

I mostly work and mind my business but, ideally, I’d love my new roommate to be someone I can be cool with too. I have a cat named Cairo (he’s friendly and chill). I don’t mind other pets as long as they’re not too big. I’m extremely clean and like to keep the space tidy.
