Our townhouse is located right off S Milledge Ave, 5 minutes from Five Points and 10 minutes from Baxter Street!

Our house has three levels, and this room and bathroom are on the top floor. The room is private, and the bathroom is shared by only one other person. Our common spaces are already furnished, but you’re welcome to bring some of your own things as well. :)

This is a safe space for anyone LGTBQ+. You MUST be LGBTQ+, pet (cat and dog), and alcohol/thc friendly if you want to live here. :’) <3

Utilities are typically around $100 a month per person (this includes water, sewage, trash, power, and WiFi). The lease is a year July ’24 to July ’25.

There are four of us roommates, three girls and one (gay) guy. Two girls live in the basement level, my room is on the middle level, and the other three bedrooms (including the one for rent) are on the top level.

We are all 22 to 24 years old, so we do normal things 20-somethings do, but we’re also usually in bed by 11pm at the absolute latest lol. We would prefer someone 21+ (or someone 20 going on 21 soon).

We do have cats and one small dog, so if you were to have a cat that would be okay as long as you are okay with them being around the other animals, or they can just stay in your room- completely up to you. You gotta be okay with living in a house with pets though because these are our children hahah.

We all do try and hang out pretty often as we have became close friends since living together. However, you are of course never required to hang out with us/as a group etc, but we would also love for you to if you want to. :)
